"android is upgrading, and afterwards it came optimizing application 1 of 158", later came as starting apps then tecno will come and the upgrading starts again for more than 24 hours. i need a solution to stop it and have access to the phone. i cant do anything with the phone so please give me the right solution. Stuck on "android is starting... optimizing app 1 of 1." i tried forcing it to shut down then doing a factory reset but it won't let me get that far. it shuts down, restarts, and goes back to the same screen. After the tablet/phone eventually boots - look at the battery setting and find the app that using the most battery in the last startup. this is most likely your problem. trying un. Android is starting... optimizing app 1 of 1. - bad app installation - android system software update is not optimized apps properly. full load your phone. turn off, disconnect from ac. start and wait for the optimization process to come to an end. check settings>battery for app using most battery. deinstall that and reboot.. Your question can actually be interpreted a couple of ways: (1) your device is displaying “optimizing apps” on every boot; or (2) the “optimizing apps” notification is displaying after an update or a factory data reset. in any event, i'll try and answer this question under either scenario..
